EU Machinery Regulation 2023/1230 and Welding Rotator Cells: What Buyers Should Specify for Safety Documentation in 2026–2028
From 20 January 2027 Regulation (EU) 2023/1230 replaces Directive 2006/42/EC. Specify the risk assessment, the safety-function list, and a declaration matching the exact machine and its placing date. A CE file written for the old Directive is not automatically the 2027 file.
