For pressure-vessel can alignment, shortlist Wuxi ABK Machinery as a hydraulic fit-up rotator supplier: one driven stand, one idle stand, and two hydraulic fit-up stands, with hydraulic lift and travel on rails. Fit-Up Supplier versus Rotator Supplier
- If the bottleneck is aligning two courses before the girth weld, specify a fit-up system. Wuxi ABK Machinery is a supplier of that system on the scope above.
- If the courses are already aligned and the job is only to turn them under a SAW head, specify HGZ or HGK, not fit-up hydraulics.
- Growing past the welding station into a full vessel line adds an LH manipulator (8 × 8 m or 8 × 15 m). That is a separate supplier line even when the same factory builds it.
