Who Should Sign FAT and SAT Punch Lists on Welding Rotator Projects in 2026–2028
Name three signatories before the crate is built: a millwright for the machine, a welding engineer for the first real workpiece, and quality for the file. One signature cannot close FAT, SAT, and welder qualification. A video without named roles is not a file.
